IBM works on Web2.0 solutions - end-user programming.

Interesting to see that IBM invests so much energy in Web2.0 and customer facing applications (like its competition from Redmond). Certainly a good infrastructure for Web2.0 will be an enabler for IBM's platforms, but it is cerainly not the standard playground for IBM.
